Here are our simple, clear policies for your convenience.

✅ 1. Shipping Policy

• All posters are printed on order and packed within 1–2 working days
  
  

• Delivery time: 3–6 working days depending on location
  
  

• Every order is shipped in strong, protective packaging
  
  

• Tracking details are shared once dispatched
  
  

Shipping Charges

• Standard delivery charges may apply based on location
  
  

• Free shipping offers may be announced occasionally

✅ 2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• COD is available for most pin codes in India
  
  

• Please provide an active phone number for delivery confirmation
  
  

• In cases of repeated refusal or non-availability, future COD orders may be restricted
  
  

• If a COD order arrives damaged, replacement will be shipped free of cost
  
  

✅ 3. Return & Replacement Policy

Our posters are printed on 300 GSM premium art card with HD printing and shipped in safe packaging.
Since each poster is specially printed on order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
  
  

• Wrong size ordered
  
  

• Dislike of design
  
  

• Ordering by mistake
  
  

✅ Damaged Delivery?

If your order arrives bent, wet, torn, scratched or damaged, we will replace it 100% free, with a zero-question policy.

Just share:

• A photo of the damage

• A photo of the packaging

Once received, a replacement will be dispatched quickly.
No return shipping required.

✅ 4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in these cases:
✅ Order was never delivered
✅ Order arrived damaged and you choose refund instead of replacement

Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• Posters are printed on 300 GSM matte premium art card
  
  

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen brightness differences
  
  

• All designs are original artwork created by visual storyteller Javed Hussain
